Registration Entitlements & Policy
Registrations are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis. Early registration is highly recommended.
Registration forms received without complete payment will not be processed.
Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration and payment. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Secretariat at art40hku@jetahk.com.
The programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Symposium, the only and maximum liability of the Organiser is to refund all the fees paid.
The decision of the Organiser shall be final and conclusive in all matters regarding this event.
The participant recognises and accepts that the Symposium Organiser collects, processes, and stores personal data exclusively for registration processing and general preparation work.
Registrants are solely responsible for their own insurance coverage against travel risk, personal injuries, and loss of property.
All enquiries, changes, and cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat.
